I don't; well, I do have it, but empty . If you have it, it is ignored.

rc.config was superseded long ago, in version 9.0 I think. It went to
several files in /etc/sysconfig/. You can create that file if you need it,
SuSE (ie, Yast) will not use it for anything.

Then modify your file: it is obsolete.
