Hi All, A few weeks ago a kind listmember took pity on me and passed a few URLs to me here regarding the DVD confusion I have been in. I have misplaced them. Can that person, or anyone of you, pass a few or your favorite DVD education sites this way. I understand DCSS, but I'm also looking for fundamentals for both copying and creating. The legal issues confound for entirely different reasons. I thought that I had CDs down, until I came across SACDs (sp?) I'm guessing they are essentially DATA CDs configured for specific HW players. Can one play with SACDs on PCs? Does anyone understand why the 'cdrecord' that SUSE packs in 9.2 is altered in-house? What have they altered? Anders J. has said that there is no key required for us but the debugging info I've been seeing from 'cdrecord' in K3b says it is needed. Did I miss something? Please share your expertise, I'm sure that lots of folks will appreciate your contributions. PeterB -- Proud SUSE user since 5.2 Loving SUSE 9.2 My BLOG == http://vancampen.org/blog --
