Hello, What is the difference between Suse Personal and Suse Pro ? Are there development tools in personal edition ?
I'm really disappointed with the 9.1 personal. No developpement tools, no gnome desktop. 9.1 personal is a small Office box.
I'm so disappointed I don't think to be SuSE user anymore.

GOOD! One less person who can't read, whining about "I can't find the C compiler!".
I think SuSE made a terrible mistake offering the personal version. No one interested in actually USING linux could use it, because it was missing too much. All that happened was the level of morons who didn't read the description of what it did and did not contain went up.
Mike-
Now now Mike, lets not call these people morons, they are just to lazy to read the info on the site that says these tools are not included. I do agree that personal version was a mistake which is probably why it has been dropped in 9.2. -- Ken Schneider UNIX since 1989 SuSE since 1998 * Only reply to the list please*
