Actually, idiot that I am, I must have downloaded but not finished installing it and now I can't find where I downloaded it to.
open a terminal, cd to the Firefox plugin directory, and enter the following, as root:
ln -sf /usr/local/RealPlayer/mozilla/nphelix.so nphelix.so ln -sf /usr/local/RealPlayer/mozilla/nphelix.xpt nphelix.xpt

Why not just download it again as RPM it is available from Real and install it via Yast I did today and everything works fine
