Problems with cron and openldap ?

I'm use servers with Suse 8.0 and 9.0 and openldap+nss_ldap+pam_ldap The problem: Crond sometimes stops (process disappears) when a users crontab has changed or the process randomly die alone. I find only this error on /var/log/messages (maybe they are related?) Nov 22 09:32:00 server /usr/sbin/cron[3532]: nss_ldap: reconnecting to LDAP server...
