I am looking to replace Turbo Tax and Quicken. Does anyone know of any Linux based programs I can use to replace them?
gnucash for quicken
not aware of any replacement for turbotax, I plan on using the web service they offer.
Also checkout TaxAct for doing your taxes. It is an excellent program and much cheaper than turbo and also has e-file included in the price.
I ues the on-line TaxAct and file......cheap. What is really needed is QuickBooks PORTED to Linux. Fred -- "As Internet technology itself vaults into new areas, so too does the Microsoft monopoly and its tried-and-true bag of tricks." -US Senator Orrin Hatch, (R) Utah
