I'm struggling with two SuSE servers to create an ipsec tunnel between them. anyone knows why no ipsec0 interface exits? or how is supposed I must route encrypted packets?
it cannot be done with 2.6 kernels because KLIPS (the kernel component of IPSEC) is not present, it is replaced by a new ipsec stack. So virtual interfaces doesn't exits :( -- -----BEGIN GEEK CODE BLOCK----- Version: 3.1 GCS/IT d- s+:+() a- C+++ UBL+++$ P+ L+++ E--- W++ N+ o++ K- w--- O+ M+ V- PS+ PE+ Y++ PGP+>+++ t+ 5 X+$ R- tv-- b+++ DI D++>+++ G++ e- h+(++) !r !z ------END GEEK CODE BLOCK------
