They are not (officially) released by SUSE. There are released via the supplementary directory, with even untested in the pathname...; supplementary/X/XFree86/Xorg/Xorg-X11R6.8.0-untested/i386/suse91
And that's a good reason to provide buggy, possibly harmful software why?
