If a mere handful of experimental systems running Unix staring in 1969 is what you mean. If a grand total of ten systems by 1972 is what you mean, then yes. But let's be real. Out of a 35 year history, not more than one year of that history overlapped the 60s and only the merest sliver of what came to be the modern Unix system existed in that 12-month period.
