Always post your _new_ emails by using the "new email" command of your Also, use "reply to list", if available, to answer, or if not available, "reply to all" and delete the original poster address.
Is there any difference between that, and just changing the reply address to the list? For example, in this message, I hit reply and changed the reply address from "robin1.listas@tiscali.es" to "suse-linux-e@suse.com"
Not that I know, except what keys you have to type on your mail client program...
I have the list address in my address book, which makes it a simple matter to replace the reply to: address.
Me too ('SLE'). What I have done is create a little procmail+formail rule that inserts a new "reply-to" header (the original is saved as "Old-reply-to", I think). That way, the "reply-to" commands in Pine and mozilla works on this list. Possibly, there is a way to use a filter in mozilla for the same purpose, I don't know. :0f * ^X-Mailinglist: suse-linux-e | /usr/bin/formail -bfi "Reply-To:suse-linux-e@suse.com" :0 a: $HOME/Mail/lists/suse-linux-e -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson
