Execute the command "mount" alone, to see what is already mounted. According to your fstab, they should have been mounted on boot.
It is not already mounted and I can not find any place or process showing it open. I did find that in the boot.msg the kernel gemoetry is showing 16s heard instead of 255 that the BIOS and the partition shows.
