Mozilla/Firefox can also save sessions if you install the appropriate extension from http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/main.php.
Session Saver is almost near the bottom of the page

Yeah, it's the same 8.2 version I've got when I first installed 8.2 ( I've only upgraded KDE ). I could move to Mozilla but then I'd miss the "save session" thing that I'm using quite often.
I had that problem a few months ago with Gentoo when I upgraded KDE 2 to 3 and it wasn't confined to Galeon. Mozilla did it too. and seeing how Galeon depends on Mozilla it makes sense. Try upgrading you Mozilla binary or use Epiphany. It also can "save session"
Did you find a way to solve this problem or just trashed galeon/mozilla ? I'll follow your advice and try epiphany if it does tab browsing also. Still, I wonder what could generate such a behavior ? -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux)

Tough luck ! Now, mozilla isn't running too; I mean, the mozilla process is consuming 95 % CPU for half a minute then exits. I think I'll dump all mozilla based browsers. Anyway Corey, I'll save the tip for another time, thank you. And Saskman, one more question please, can epiphany import galeon or mozilla bookmarks ? From the little I've read, it doesn't look that way. Robert -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux)
