Hi SuSE people, Getting very frustrated ! Want to build a new Python, 2.3.3 Downloaded the src.rpm. Did an rpm --rebuild and it failed because of an error about emacs, Did build the SPEC file though and tried to make an rpm from the SPEC file, Also failed because of the emacs thing. So, i downloaded emacs, all 39 mb of it. Tried again, using the --rebuild command. Failed again. Just have no idea what I have to do to make this work. Here are the last 15 or 20 lines of the 20 minute build process: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Processing files: python-gdbm-2.3.3-1 Finding Provides: (using /usr/lib/rpm/find-provides)...
