I have a 9.0 based subversion (0.27) repository. From what I can see, 9.1 ships subversion 1.0. Has anybody tried to build the 9.0 subversion src rpms under 9.1? It may not be practical to update the server and all the clients to the newer subversion immediately.
You want to use the older version under 9.1? If you consider that because you see problems of upgrading all machines simultaneously, check ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/apache/subversion/ if it doesn't have packages for all SUSE versions that you'd need to update them all at a time. I'd rather recommend to go for an update. In any case, mind to also update neon and libapr0 from ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/apache/subversion/ ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/apache/apache2/ and apache2 on the server, if applicable. And remember that you need to dump all repositories before updating the server, and reload them afterwards, because of the API change after 0.27. Peter
