Many thanks for your reply.. I finaly manage to get decent sound I feel at ease egain :) ...First I updated my Kde from Kde 3.2 to Kde 3.2.1 and then again the problem was still there I finaly found in the Advance section from KMix the module IEC958 should not be ticked when disable the sound return to normal. Thanks for your help.
One thing you might check is your KAMix settings. Don't run your volume at 100% and be sure that one of the surround sound settings is ticked that shouldn't be. I think that happened with several of us. Just check your settings and play around there, as I believe you will solve your problem.
