Why don't you ask them something that is covered by the scope of the free service (or pay for "Advanced Support")? Scanner und palm problems are not covered by the free service.

I think we are talking about the same thing. You may want to call it "free" installation support (eith the quotation marks). Of course it's not free as such but paid for by all users of the box.
