I'm running SuSE 8.2 with kernel 2.4.20-4GB-athlon. I'm trying to install Rivatv so I can use the tv-in function on my geforce 4. When I do a uname -a it brings up kernel version 2.4.20-4GB-athlon. Yet when I try to insert the Rivatv module into the kernel it gives me this error: # modprobe rivatv /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB-athlon/kernel/drivers/i2c/i2c-core.o: kernel-module version mismatch /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB-athlon/kernel/drivers/i2c/i2c-core.o was compiled for kernel version 2.4.20-4GB while this kernel is version 2.4.20-4GB-athlon. /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB-athlon/kernel/drivers/i2c/i2c-core.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB-athlon/kernel/drivers/i2c/i2c-core.o failed /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB-athlon/kernel/drivers/i2c/i2c-core.o: insmod rivatv failed When I'm compiling rivatv it compiles for 2.4.20-4GB.
