Last week a poster named Bruce (can't remember his last name) gave me a script for resizing images in batch mode. It was a great script...simple and effective. I then posted a message saying that I would really like a GUI for this so that I can change directories, file types and image sizes and compression. I was kind of joking. Anders Johannson developed one for me based on Bruce's script. I no longer need to go in and reconfigure the file everytime I need to make a change. It's kind of a step-by-step program, but one would need zenity to run it. Anders wasn't too keen on me posting this because he said it was too simple and he wanted to enhance it. Blarney! I said.
