Install SuSE from a red Hat boot.

I have an IBM with Red Hat Installed. It recognized the network adapter, but SuSE doesn't autodetect it. Red Hat is networked and works on the local net and the internet. I have SuSE install copied to a shared folder on a windows machine. I would like to know if there is a way to install SuSE from the Red Hat boot. I don't know what the NIC is, it is built into an IBM PC300PL. I have the Boot CD-ROM for internet install and a boot floppy that appears not to be needed by the CD. Any suggestions? Thanks. Buck
