good deal.. The difference here is that I have my own domains and mail servers, rather than using my ISP's email address.. This is what is gleaned for spammers, and they do sell the lists to each other. In fairness, I know exactly where the spam comes from. Qmail allows me to have very specialized names to add to my domain, in what is called a .qmail file, so prior to using disposable timed email addresses, I used something like g-suse-list... or g-list-redhat, or g-list-procmail, etc.. .and if I have to give a web address, it would be g-web-IBM@.. well, you get the idea. So when spam comes, I know exactly where they were obtained. In all fairness, SuSE is certainly not the only list where addresses were obtained, over the years, as those mentioned above accounted for the bulk (except SuSe and IBM).
I use Netscape as a browser, and I don't go to porn sites. I normally go only to reference sites, or places that sell what I want to buy, like computer parts, clothes, etc. And Google. That's where I find the other sites.
Same for me too, as you have said above.
If I got a batch of spam to this list, I guess I would get off it. I hate spam, and I especially hate porn spam.
No, just change your from name to a spam trap, and filter that out.
I might even change my internet supplier, if it got ridiculous.
