Appologies, After trying for an hour I got knowhere. I posted this mail and 2 minutes later I solved it. Sods law....heh. On Wednesday 27 August 2003 23:01, Gedi wrote:
Hi all,
I am running SuSE 8.2 with the KDE desktop on a toshiba notebook.
My problem is that my windows are not maximizing to the full extent of my screen. The windows are meeting the panel which is at the botom of my screen, and they are also meeting the right and left side, but I am getting a 10mm gap at the top.
I can resize my windows by dragging them with the cursor to full this space, but if I close and reopen a window, it defaults with the gap at the top again.
This is really getting on my nerves now. Does anyone have any suggestions to rectify this?
Thanks
Ged.
