updating tetex problem suse 8.0

Folks, I've been trying to update to the latest release of tetex. The problem is, the tetex rpm package is the base package for tex, and when I try to instal the newer version from SuSE, it tells me some dvi package requires tetex >= 0.9 release. The dependencies of the dvi package is just the tetex package which is the base for all this stuff. So how do I update the base package if it tells me I am breaking a dependency which does not make sense to me? thanks for your help. Babu __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
