You may have better luck with it.
I doubt, should be the same except some architecture special patches. RPMs of the official gcc 3.3 release can be found here: ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/gcc/8.2/ but this version is much more stricter than the prerelease we used on 8.2, which means much less code will compile.
