I think this is a key point! They have tourqed off EVERYONE in the industry, except MickySoft. Today we see notice that nmap is NO LONGER available for SCO. I'd like to see OO, SO, and ALL current packages pulled. Maybe this is those fools at SCO need to have happen. How long can they last, paying their legal bills, when they continue a decline in business, and it takes a loooooong time to play with the big boy in court (IBM)? SCO wants to act like MickySoft, but they don't have the money nor the class to pull it off.
I have to say though, that the implication here - that the sheer size of IBM and AT&T is enough for them to win - makes me physically ill. Right is right, regardless of size (understand I'm not saying that SCO is right here, but the size of their opponents shouldn't matter) Always remember that a lot of what microsoft is doing today is straight from the IBM Business Manual version 1.0. I don't know what the truth is in this case, and I certainly hope that it won't affect me or SuSE, but IBM isn't exactly known historically for fair and 100% legal business. This could go either way
