More BS with "undisclosed" sources or in this case "undisclosed" targets of SCO's wrath and impending civil torts. Talk about frivilous. Perhaps McBride is use this as a shake down tactic. So, file a tort and settle out of court for some amount of buck. Furthermore, if this is indeed along the lines of what he's trying to do then it could be that they aren't confident about the IBM case and have decided to use the shotgun approach and see what shakes out - or in this case "who bites on the shake down". I really think this is a scare tactic more than anything and that SCO is treading a fine line. If they blow it the counter suits could be the stuff of legends. I'm mean the amount of damage and the fact that they haven't proven a thing is question enough as to the risk they could be incurring that borders on slander and liablle. Just think what would happen of they have 10 torts focused on 10 companies for stolen IP and breach of licenses/contract and they loose one. Proving that the other companies stole their code is going to get much hareder if not downright impossible to prove. I agree. Beast flail around the most when in their death throws Cheers, Curtis.
