Because it IS a point, NOT a comma.
So? In excel, in Spain, it is a comma. In Spanish usage, it must be a decimal comma, so I want that key to enter a comma, as is the correct thing to do in Spanish. Excel does it, and OpenOffice claims to be able to substitute M$ Office... (I don't have Excel, before you think I do) English $ 1,000.00 Spanish 1.000,00 Eur The numeric keyboard must also adapt to the default number format in use. -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson
