Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library
The above error is coming from Mozilla and OpenOffice.
I am running 8.2 and this is a new error for me anyway. I know it is a language relate problem. What do or where do I set "locale=US_en" (if that is correct).
Is this a needed lib set from the CD?

Donn I haven't loaded my 8.2 yet, but AFAIK there is no "I18N" rpms for "US" English (American) it is the "default" language there are rpm's , however, for "Great Britian" English --- and other languages ... See for example http://rpmfind.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/linux/RPM/SuSE_Linux_8.2_(i386).html and do a search --- using "find" On 8.0, you set the language in the YAST2 Control panel, and I would guess it is the same on 8.2 (look under Regional & Accessibility) HTH ~Gar -- "In the Beginning was the Command Line...." ---Neal Stephenson __________________________________________________________________ Try AOL and get 1045 hours FREE for 45 days! http://free.aol.com/tryaolfree/index.adp?375380 Get AOL Instant Messenger 5.1 free of charge.
