Try modifying the script to specify the full path to the file. See if that helps.. Just a thought.
Hi all:
Anybody have any idea why I'm getting this error message via e-mail:
"> running hourly cronjob scripts
SCRIPT: backup.pl exited with RETURNCODE =3D 2. SCRIPT: ouput (stdout && stderr) follows
Can't locate ./backup.tmp at /etc/cron.hourly/backup.pl line 19. SCRIPT: backup.pl ------- END OF OUTPUT
WARNING: /etc/cron.hourly/backup.tmp is not executable, script is ignor=
ed !"
The backup.tmp file *is* in the /etc/cron.hourly directory, and yet the P= erl=20 scipt can't find it.=20
Ideas?
Tks, TBissell
