Well while I am waiting for SuSE 8.2 to show up in the USA I went looking around kde-look.org and found what looks like a cool desktop toy called Karamba (web site http://www.efd.lth.se/~d98hk/karamba/)
Well I have had mixed success with compiling in the past so I was glad that some one had a SuSE 8.1 rpm on the site at:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=5569
That brought me to this site:

The problem is my browsers (Konqueror and Mozilla) both think rpm's are some kind of 3d web info. If I do a save link as I wind up with a blank file.
That's because the link is a redirector. In mozilla, edit preferences->Helper applications, find the one for realaudio (I think it's called audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin) and either delete the setting completely or set it to "save to disk" or check the "always ask" box. In konqueror, settings->configure konqueror->file associations (or whatever the setting is called in US english. in the search box, enter rpm, edit the hits one by one and remove the associated helper programs.
