How many people here plan on hammering the SuSE servers to download 8.2 when it becomes available? Since they don't offer iso downloads (making you pay for that, which I am planning on doing), and since getting only part of the distro would be nearly impossible (making it a, what?, 7 or 8 GIGAbyte download), I was just wondered how many people go about getting it that way.
Thanks and regards, dk
I'm on dialup, with very bad phone lines (30 disconnects per hour is normal).
wanna calculate out the time it would take me to download (assuming my time is worth, say, $1 per hour), vs the cost of downloading it? i'm sure I could Download it. and finish the download just in time to start on 8.4

whoops. that should have been "vs. the cost of buying SuSE" -- If you're not a little bit uncomfortable with your position, it isn't radical enough. How can you be TOO principled? Take the most extreme position you can -- you're claiming territory you won't have to fight for later, mostly with your "allies". -- L.
