I need to recompile the kernel which shipped with 8.1 professional (some SHM* and SEM* parms need adjustment) and I find the kernel source RPM on my CD is corrupted, resulting in a bunch of compile errors. Where can I find the source RPM ? I've looked in ftp.gwgd.de/pub/linux/suse , as the Adminsitration Guide recommended, but nothing seems to be what I want.
Not sure if this is what your looking for but try ... ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt/SuSE/8.1-i386/SRPMS.base there's an rpm for kernel-source2.4.19 SuSE .69 -- Franklin Maurer Using SuSE 8.1
