IBM should just turn around, buy them out,
Ya know, I can't help but get a sneaking suspicion that this may be just what is behind all this BS. I really think that if SCO had half a brain they would know that they'll get squished. If for no other reason then The BIG BLUE legal team can file endless amounts of proposals, writs, and motions for everything from an acquittal to discovery and everything inbetween - which helps in the "my lawyers is bigger than your lawyer" game because it sucks the fiscal resources out of the plaintiffs pockets - and in this case SCO is ydead in the water before they even leave the pier IMHO - And someone somewhere at SCO has got to know this otherwise they're more than likely for a long, drawn out, and painful experience. This is why I think this is a internal ploy to get a buyout or hostile takeover to come in. This is especially true if there are holdouts in the board room that don't want a buyout/takeover as oppossed to those that do. Then again IBM and the others my just sit back, play the game, let it takes it's course to a certain degree - and if SCO weakens move in for the kill in. Just MHO.
