Or you could just press Ctrl-Alt-Esc, which turns your pointer into a skull & crossbones, put that in the window of the offending program and left click! There ya go, program gone! Or you could just press Ctrl-Esc and let it open your KDE System Guard program, find the misbehaving program, select it then click on the Kill button!
