How do i create a Bootable CD for SuSE Linux 8.0? Yast2 allows creating a Bootable floppy only? I have a dual partition running Win XP and SuSE Linux 8.0 on a P4.
Haven't tried myself, but a quick search of google turned up the following link:
http://sdb.suse.de/en/sdb/html/fhassel_bootcd.html
Hopes it helps!
If you want an easier way to use the above link, check out mkcdrec. It uses the syslinux method described, but it automates it from a shell script. It will make a bootable cd with the kernel and modules you currently boot the hard drive with.
