Thanks guys. This works perfectly.
Although is there a way to set it up so that ctrl-tab will act like alt-tab through the desktops. I opened up 4 desktops but it doesn't remember the last one I was using and hitting ctrl-tab cycles through them which is not the behavior I'd like. I'd like to first be brought directly back to the last desktop I was working on (only after repeated ctrl-tabs will it then cycle through the others). Is there a way to configure Suse 8.1 to do this?
How about this? Control center --> Look & Feel --> Window behavior --> Focus --> select 'traverse all windows' This will set Alt-tab to work for all your apps, regardless of which desktop they are on, and will 'go back' to the one you used last.
Thanks,
