OK, in that case you have reiserfs, since that's SuSE's default. That means you should use reiserfsck, not e2fsck.
Which is better, but still not quite there.
OK, and what did "p" give you? If you try reiserfsck, do you get the same warning about "zero length partition" or does that run ok? //Anders
