I can't find that file. I searched for dhclient.conf and dhcclient.conf starting at root. Where was it?
It's part of the dhcp-client package. Now I remember another problem I had while first bringing up 8.0. The PCMCIA scripts invoke a common dhclient script whenever DHCP is called for, and since I was using dhcpcd, I was getting nowhere because the script ws missing. In 7.3, it was apparently included in both rpms, but in 8.0, it was left out of the dhcpcd rpm. Either install the dhcp-client package, or copy the file from a 7.3 installation, as I did. Rick Green
