AFAIK, the orinoco_cs driver only supports the standard 802.11b WEP encryption keys which are 40 bits. While several vendors support 128 or higher encryption in their cards and access points, they use proprietary extensions to the protocol (and their hardware and windows drivers) to make that happen. The new 802.11a standard supports longer encryption keys, but there are no linux drivers for that hardware yet (again, AFAIK).
