Greetings, You can change the 'noauto' parameter to 'auto' of your devices in fstab, ussually in /etc/fstab , check 'man fstab' for more info. That can do the trick of mountind the devices at boot time. Yet, as far as I know, you should have media (floppy,CD) in those devices in order to be mounted properly at boot time, I really don't know what would the system do mounting a 'empty' device, or even if that is possible. Once I tried to auto mount my floppy, since at boot time my floppy was without any disk inside the system just unmount it... you have to mount it manually when you use it again.
