Well, I've been using SuSE since 6.2, but I used to bug AJ so I wasn't
vocal on SuSE lists even though I read much of the materials there :-)

I understand. I was surprised that 'uname -r' wasn't agreeing with
teh config -- which confuses the nVidia modules.
