yes, and somehting simular to this was what w2k did to all "non MS"
partitions on two diferent machines , so it isn't just the average , or
above average user you need to watch out for.
In any commercial setup you had better install on a test bed first, one
setup as you have the rest of the ones in hte comnay including the
same otehr operating sytestems and files systems the MS in particular
feels are anti competitive ( to them)
mind , you , it's a good idea to do that w/ any os you want to add or
upgrade to etc in a business or critical information maintainer (
perhpas it's the only location you keep your medical records, or , you
banking records , or your bill payment records , in a home environment.
a predetory , or even just poorly wrinten installation setup can really
ruin your week
