Dear SuSE'ers, SuSE 8.0 2.4.18-64GB-SMP system up to date via YOU as of July 10, 2002 sys is 2 P-III, 2 scsi HDs, 1 ATA HD, USB "Pen Drive" Mass Storage 128MB 'flash drive' WHICH IS FAILING ON THIS SuSE INSTALL but works fine in M$XP. The USB unit never shows up as /dev/sdx so is not mountable. I have woked with the folks on the Linux-USB lists and the consensus seems to be a "Distrobution specific" problem. Have any of you gotten a USB Mass Storage flash drive to work on kernel 2.4.18 ??
