I've had some success in updating an older (6.2) system to 8.0. However, one thing eludes me at the moment. From some earlier twiddling I discovered that 8.0 provides a pretty screen on bootup for choosing the subsystem to be booted. However, I'm getting the older 6.2 boot screen (which does work), and Yast2 doesn't seem to have a setting for installing the newer one. How can I get it? Does it require hand-editing of /etc/lilo.conf? Paul
