I don't think so,.... Dot matrix is a mechanical method of printing, tottaly unlike the inkjet...... An injet print is a kind of dot matrix, I think, even tho it has no ribbon. And it is too expensive to use as your day-to-day printer. I have one, and I use it about two or three times a month!
