If this bug been discussed here and I missed it please don't tell me. (:-/ SuSE installed on my laptop just fine WRT dual booting M$. I've had worse luck with my desktop. Here's why... The desktop has two large disks each with a windows partition consuming half the drive. All along I've been booting Windows off of the C: drive /dev/hda2. However the SuSE installer was configuring lilo.conf to boot windows off of the D: drive, /dev/hdd1. Well, the dern D: drive is not bootable! The solution is to vi /etc/lilo.conf to insure the windows boot drive matches the output of the command: fdisk -l Simple yes, but not easily caught. And I don't think this one is in the SuSE Knowledgebase. Again, if it is please don't tell me (:-/ . Hopefully this will save someone else the agggggrivation. Cheers, Beal
