Hi, We are porting some app's from Unix (true64) to Linux. But I discovered a difference between the 'date -u' on Unix and Linux: On Unix, 'date -u 05022000' sets the UTC time to 20.00 2 may, and on Linux this command causes the LOCAL time set to 20.00 2 may, and the UTC time is only printed.... Does anyone know how I can fix this incompatibility? Kind regars, Harry ten Berge Test Engineer Holland Institute of Traffic Technology HITT B.V.
