I'm not sure what you want in a photo program..but you can check out these.. Pixie Plus (a native KDE program) GQview (a GTK/Gnome program, yet it will run fine w/ KDE) *I use this* GPhoto (This works for taking photos off digital camera's as well) You can also go to http://freshmeat.net and check out tons of photo programs.
