Umm..No I would tend to disagree. Just because SuSE hasn't shipped their distribution with KDE3 doesn't mean KDE3 wasn't released. KDE3 was released over 10 days ago and if SuSE puts up a patch or anyone else does at this point it's because KDE3 is out there an people are using it.
