I have a similar setup on my central server (running SuSE 7.2): 1 wireless pcmcia nic, and two PCI ethernet cards (LAN and WAN). I handled it with a manually edited /etc/route.conf. Note these items in /etc/init.d/rc3.d (my machine boots up in runlevel 3): arcadia:/etc/init.d # dir rc3.d/*pcmcia* 0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 mag 2 2001 rc3.d/K17pcmcia -> ../pcmcia* 0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 mar 19 2001 rc3.d/S06pcmcia -> ../pcmcia* arcadia:/etc/init.d # dir rc3.d/*route* 0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 8 mag 2 2001 rc3.d/K16route -> ../route* 0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 8 mar 19 2001 rc3.d/S07route -> ../route* The point here is that pcmcia is started up before route, so route can use route.conf to overwrite anything that happens when the pcmcia starts up. I assume you leave the PCMCIA wireless card in your machine all the time, so that it'll be there when the machine boots up, right? The pcmcia settings turn off the routing of the pci card, in the end I just set it by hand using route add.
and after all that, I found that vnc was too slow to use for dreamweaver. I guess I'll reinvestigate vmware and win4lin

Check your routing table with either netstat -r or route.
Check your default gateway and any other routes that are set. You might have to set some manually to get the network the way you want.
It is a bit odd to want two PCMCIA net cards going at once unless you want to set up a router.
