hey, i've a question about knode also, is there any way to select multiple posts for download? kinda like a batch job? pan allows this by just clicking on the message to highlight it, and ctl+s to save, additional messages are then able to be selected and saved also. pan, however is rather suirrelly on my sparc, knode is more stable. replacement application as I understood.
Anyway, try Ctrl-G and Ctrl-H, they toggle between different views.
I am not sure what you mean by long folder display though.

[02-24-02 13:45] crowed: I've looked at the documentation and it mentions a long folder display but I can't find it in the config.
Also instead of the initial 3 window setup I get one window with the folders and another with eh header and articles.
How do I get back to the original?
I tried renaming the knodeui.rc under home and it didn't do it.
What other news readers do you use?
Have a look at pan, http://pan.rebelbase.com. It is excellent if you want a graphics mode app. I use slrn, http://www.slrn.org.
